30 Days to Change Your Way…

Over and over again I have declared to myself that I would eat healthier and exercise more… and it happens for a couple of days, maybe even a week… and then I give up and go back to giving into the oh-so-strong temptation to sleep in longer, stay sitting on the couch, and eat just one more maple bar.

Well, I started with a workout this morning, and I’m already feeling better! I stumbled across this 30 day challenge on YouTube, and thought I’d give it a try.
