Day 1 of 30

Good Morning!

It’s too bad I’ve already made my menu plan… of not exactly the most healthy foods… but, I’m going to add in some healthy meals here and there. Every dinner will include a salad (along with smaller portions over all), with piles of spinach, kale, and veggies… and healthy dressing of course!! And snacks will be filled with fiber, veggies, and fruit.

I must admit… I’m not looking forward to waking up a half hour earlier tomorrow morning… but I will!!
