Healthy Cookies?!?

Cookies with oats, raisins, and nuts usually are not appealing to me at all… and yet, these cookies are delicious! (I even really enjoyed the dough! Shhh… don’t tell my Grandma…)

I got this recipe from my dear friend, Dani… and thought I’d pass it along!

Ingredients:

1/3  c. Whole wheat flour

1/3 c. all-purpose flour

1/3 c. wheat germ

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. baking soda

3/4 c. brown sugar

1 1/2 c. oats

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c. chocolate chips

1/2 c. chopped walnuts

1/4 c. non-fat yogurt

2 Tbsp. butter

2 large eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

1. Mix together all wet ingredients, then dry ingredients, and then mix them all together. Add chocolate chips, raisins, and walnuts.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 mins.
